Final request for the friendship

                                                                                                                                                 2019.01.14

My dear friend,

After very humble two requests for seeking your friendship, this is the third and final request for the friendship of you. With sending this text, not emphasize my weakness but emphasizing the worth of the friendship. Please read this carefully and well concerning;

It's well known that having friends plays a big part in our emotional and physical well-being. And while friendships make life more rewarding at every age, we're now learning that as we get older, quality becomes more important than quantity.

But friendships are harder to make as we age, so it's important to build on the ones we have.

Research has found that having lots of friends when we are in our 20s. But then in our 30s, it's time to cull that number and strengthen the friendships we want to keep. The quality of our friendships is what leads to stronger emotional wellness in the dark decades ahead when we getting our older-age.

Hence, make the time to deepen these relationships. Be the kind of friend you would like to have and accept the friendships from those who are admire your friendship.

I think these suggestions may help you to nurture your friendships that you already have and up-comings:

·         Show your natal kindness;

Remember the old adage of "treating others as you want to be treated".

Think of friendship as an emotional bank account. Every act of kindness and every expression of gratitude are deposits into this account, while unwanted-criticism and negativity draw down the account.

·         Listen intently;

Be a good listener, offer support without being judgmental and forgive when misunderstandings/mishappenings occur.

People, especially friends; appreciate feeling as though you're taking their thoughts and concerns seriously.

·         Open up :

Build intimacy with your friends by opening up about yourself, by opening up your hand, head and heart. Being willing to disclose personal experiences and concerns that show your friend holds a special place in your life and deepens your connection.

·         Show that you can be trusted;

Being responsible, reliable and dependable is the key to forming stronger friendships. When your friends share confidential information, keep it as private. (e.g. don't send humiliated Whatsapp messages via KALUBOLAYA or the third ones send/tell it directly although in bad words and let them, the friends to express their sense, feeling, thoughts directly to you.)

·       Spend time to share your inner/outer experiences, knowledge, sense and wisdom with your friends to;

ü  Boost your happiness and reduce your stress

ü  Improve your self-confidence and self-worth

ü  Help to cope with traumas, such as family problems, serious illness, difficulties of work place or the death of a loved one

ü  Encourage you to change or avoid unhealthy/unwealthy lifestyle habits, thinking, memories and thoughts.

That’s enough; I am going to be stopped now.

All the best and thanking you for all you done and thanking you again for all happened because of you.

Keep in mind that it's never too late to rekindle friendships whatever has happened in nowadays.

It’s me,

(Waiting for your friendship with hope. Please make for me a direct phone call or just send a text/email.)
